PPI Business System Specialist II
**Work Schedule** Standard Office Hours (40/wk) **Environmental Conditions** Office **Job Description** **Job Summary:** This role drives operational excellence by applying Lean Six Sigma principles to optimize marketing processes and organizational workflows. The role involves practical process analysis along with coaching/mentorship to integrate continuous improvement as a fundamental aspect, directly boosting customer happiness and return on investment. **Key Responsibilities** **1. Process Optimization & Project Leadership** + Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, product development, customer experience) to standardize customer-focused processes + Conduct root-cause analysis using DMAIC, Pareto charts, and PPI 8-step methodology to eliminate defects in marketing campaigns and operational workflows + Lead Kaizen events and small-to-medium-scale Six Sigma projects, ensuring alignment with critical metrics (e.g., return on investment, customer retention) **2. Training & Mentorship** + Mentor employees on Lean Six Sigma tools, Kaizen, and change management strategies + Design and deliver PPI-LE training modules to champion continuous improvement culture + Facilitate workshops to integrate Lean methodologies into daily operations **3. Data-Driven Decision Making** + Prepare reports on process improvements, defect reduction, and financial impact for partner review + Analyze marketing and operational data to identify inefficiencies, prioritize projects, and effectively handle resources **4. Strategic Collaboration** + Partner with PPI Steering Committee to identify improvement opportunities and align projects with business goals + Share standard processes globally to improve tools and methodologies **Required Skills & Qualifications** + **Certifications & Technical Skills:** + Certified or trained on improvement methodology like Lean, Six Sigma, TPM, Quality circle etc + Experience with marketing principles (campaign management, pricing strategies) + **Soft Skills:** + Strong communication for partner engagement and training + Change management expertise to drive organizational adoption **Education:** + Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA a plus **Experience:** + 5 years of proven ability with 3+ years in process improvement roles, with known to work in Six Sigma/Lean, Kaizen etc. driven projects + Background in marketing operations or corporate training preferred **Work Environment:** Emphasis on collaborative problem-solving and innovation.
