Job DescriptionSupport in Vehicle Testing at customer facilities.Supporting Calibration Engineers in preparation of vehicle tests.Supporting vehicle measurement data analysis and create documentation for the tests.Understand Data measurement tools and support in creating automated scripts for executing tests.Support in admin activities like maintaining hardware equipment’s database.Supporting in running system data checks for customer deliverables.Driving License mandatory.Internship based on Coventry.Good knowledge of Automotive system and SW tools (like MATLAB, SIMULINK) necessary.Inclination to learn new tools (for testing and automation) necessary.

QualificationsStudying for an undergraduate or Masters degree (Mechanical or Automotive background) and required to take a placement as part of your course. Experience in MATLAB and Simulink added (advantageous)Familiar with Vehicle powertrain architectureInternal Combustion EnginesKnowledge of Data analysis tools like Power Bi and Python added (advantageous)

A full UK driving licence is a requirement of this role.

Additional Information

This is a 12-month internship beginning in August 2025. This position is open to undergraduates or Masters students who are required to partake in a work placement as part of their course.

Location: you will be based at the BWTC, Coventry site.

Shortlisted candidates will then be invited to participate in a face-to-face interview by the hiring team and/or an online assessment centre.

You must have the right to live and work in the UK when you start your placement and for the full duration of your placement. Please note your placement must be directly relevant to your course to comply with visa requirements.
