As our Portfolio & Campaign Manager for Poland, you'll be at the forefront of agricultural innovation, steering our biostimulant portfolio to meet the evolving needs of modern Polish farmers.

You'll play a crucial role in transforming Polish farming practices, promoting environmentally friendly solutions, and boosting crop productivity across the country.

Location: Poland (remote/hybrid)

Responsibilities:

Craft and execute strategies to position our biostimulants as essential solutions for Polish agricultureLead new product introductions in the Polish market, from concept to launchOrchestrate marketing campaigns that resonate with Polish farmers and drive adoption of biological technologiesConduct market intelligence for Poland, uncovering insights to shape product development and go-to-market strategiesCollaborate with cross-functional teams across Europe marketing team as well as local teams in Poland (technical support, regulatory, sales)Own the pricing strategy for the biostimulants in PolandBuild compelling business cases for new biostimulants launches in the Polish marketEngage directly with Polish farmers, distributors, and industry leaders to stay connected to local market needsManage the product lifecycle and oversee branding strategy for the biostimulantsProvide mid-term market analysis and planning, including data input to planning systemsEnsure forecasting systems are up to date with the latest market insightsConduct portfolio presentations during internal and external meetings

Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in agriculture, biology, or equivalent5+ years of experience in agricultural marketing in Poland, preferably with exposure to biostimulants or crop protection productsExperience in forecasting, product development, or product managementKnowledge of plant physiology and biostimulant modes of actionUnderstanding of regulatory landscape for biostimulantsExperience in budget managementStrong communication skills: ability to explain complex biostimulant concepts to all stakeholdersUpper-intermediate level of English
