The role of the Master Scheduler within the plant is to fulfil the customer requirements by levelling the activities of the production shopfloor.
The main missions of the role are:
o Ensure the interface between customer needs and the production activities
o Prepare monthly the PIC (Sales & Operations Planning), to obtain a levelling of volumes and to optimise the resources (men, machines, materials and the capacity readiness of suppliers)
o Implement and drive the PDP (Master Production Scheduling) to ensure a level production plan and make production line provisions for variations of customer demand
o Manage the pool and safety stocks levels
o Check that sequencer and procurements are consistent with the PDP
o Customer contact missions
o Manage alert systems
Minimum education level:
Education: Minimum Degree in Engineering or Management, or similarExperience :
o Experience in production in an industrial environment
