Plant Manager

As a plant manager, you will be in charge of the Chengdu plant, and report to China Powder Manufacturing Director.

Key Responsibilities

每年年初根据公司目标制定工厂整体年度经营计划和管理目标、环境管理方案并分解到各部门，制定工厂各部门年度COT考核项目，并上报公司参加公司和运营部组织各项会议，汇报工厂情况组织并跟踪各工厂QC项目的选题、开展、总结、评比以及优秀项目信息的共享每年组织制定工厂年度成本管理改善计划并实施督促生产部门效率提高，包含：订单合理化、生产线排单、工艺控制督促各类EHS检查、审核发现项和暴露事件的整改，并定期回顾根据工厂经营和管理状况，根据授权提供资源支持或报公司批准

Qualifications

大学专科，专业化工至少3年以上制造业生产管理岗位经验英语需要书面使用
