Multi Bintang Indonesia is hiring a Physical Distribution Officer (PDO) for our Warehouse team in Sampangagung Brewery, Mojokerto, reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor. 

In this role, you’ll manage the end-to-end flow from sales orders to shipment—covering DO creation, batch picking, and excise documentation. You’ll operate across Full Store and External Warehouse areas to ensure timely, accurate, and compliant distribution aligned with cost, quality, and regulatory standards.

Job Purpose 

At Multi Bintang Indonesia, seamless operations are critical to delivering quality experiences to our consumers. 
As a Physical Distribution Officer, your role is to manage the full cycle of sales orders into shipment orders—starting from Delivery Order creation, batch product picking, to excise documentation—while ensuring accuracy and compliance. You will operate across at least two core areas (Full Store and External Warehouse Distribution) to meet receiving, storing, delivering, and supplying targets within defined cost, time, quantity, and quality standards. Your contribution is essential to driving efficiency and reliability across our physical distribution network.

Main Responsibilities 

Manage daily stock operations, ensuring inventory accuracy and compliance with SOPs across internal and external warehouses. 

Process shipment documentation including excise (CK1C) and ensure accurate SAP entries. 

Coordinate timely local and export deliveries, ensuring adherence to on-time delivery KPIs. 

Monitor space utilization and workforce productivity in warehouse operations. 

Oversee goods receiving, storing, and dispatching activities, implementing 5S and TPM principles. 

Maintain rigorous document control and data accuracy through SAP and manual processes. 

Support continuous improvement initiatives, report performance metrics, and contribute to operational excellence. 

 

  
Candidate Criteria   

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or related fields. 

1–3 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or physical distribution. 

Proficient in SAP and familiar with excise-related documentation (CK1C). 

Experience with TPM, PDCA, and 5S methodologies is a strong advantage. 

High attention to detail and accuracy in handling documentation and inventory data. 

Adaptable, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced and regulated environment. 

Strong coordination and communication skills across teams and external partners. 

Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities under operational pressure. 

Fair proficiency in written and spoken English.
