The ideal candidate should have rich experience in understanding enterprise architecture and complex systems and be able to architect automation frameworks that performance tests the system and identify key areas having performance issues with detailed analysis. They should also be capable to drive the performance issues to conclusion by interactive with stake holders as required. They should be able to provide solutions to the performance issues and guide developers to address the performance issues. **Required technical and professional expertise** • 15+ years of total experience with 5+ years of experience as Performance Lead/Architect role • Experience with performing system Performance and scalability testing.
