We have an exciting opportunity for an HR/People Experience Advisor to join our team in our Orbigo Plant and support our Manufacturing function.

This is fixed term contract until the end of 2025.

The successful candidate will have the great opportunity to partner and interact with colleagues and people managers in our Orbigo factory.

How you will contribute

Where complex queries require local support, explain people practices, processes & policies to employees and People ManagersSupport implementation of local BU projects or initiatives.You will support recruitment campaigns, keep company policies up to date and support various people activities including onboarding/ induction /absence management.Work closely with People Services Advisors from different HR workstreams to help with prioritization based on Business Unit needs.You will be responsible for HR administration and HR system transactions.Drive continuous improvement (CI) and process efficiency to improve Employee experience.You will be a point of contact for HR questions from employees and managers.

Candidate requirements

Excellent communication skills.Experience in HR Roles.Proactivity and curiosity.A drive to challenge status quo and ways of working.A team player who thrives when working together with colleagues to identify opportunities and to continuously improve.
