**About the Role:**
As a CBRE People Coordinator, you willbe responsible forresponding to, directing, solving, and answering questions related to HR. This job is part of the People Strategy and Operations function. Theyare responsible forthe design, execution, and monitoring of human resource programs and policies.
**What** **You’ll** **Do:**
+ Manage applications and tracking of government funding programs to support learning and development initiatives andoptimizecost efficiency in training investments.
+ Lead coordination efforts for internship programs by acting as primary liaison between the company and institutes of Higher Learning, strengthening early talent pipelines and employer branding.
+ Act as a key point of contact for HR services by managing timesheet-related inquiries, HR data updates and case resolutions, ensuringtimelyandaccuratesupport for employees across the organization.
+ Coordinate and drive resolution of HR service issues by partnering with relevant teams,monitoringprogress, and ensuring service tickets are followed through to closure with a focus on service excellence.
+ Foster strong cross functional relationships to enhance collaboration and ensure alignment with business needs, contributing to a high-performance, employee-centric HR environment.
+ Ensure compliance and clarity bymaintainingup to date People polices, processes, and regulatory guidelines, enabling employees to make informed decisions withaccurateand accessible information.
+ Exercise sound judgment when solving standard problems and escalate complex issues with thoughtful recommendations, contributing to continuous improvement of HR operations.
+ Deliver consistent, high-quality HR support by executing well-defined procedures while proactivelyidentifyingopportunities for added value.
**What** **You’ll** **Need:**
+ High School Diploma or GED with up to 2–5years of job-related experience.
+ Ability tofollow workroutines and standards in the application of work.
+ Communication skills to exchange straightforward information.
+ Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
+ Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
+ Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.
+ Ability to calculate simple figures such as percentages, discounts, and markup
