What the day will look like This role will be responsible for leading organizational change to support profitable and sustainable growth across all Aon solution lines in the country or sub-region. This will include driving and implementing all global and regional people initiatives, partnering with the business to build and grow the business, embedding organizational design, building a culture of engagement, through organizational change, colleague experience, inclusion and diversity, wellness, talent management, pay for performance culture, enabling us to attract and retain top talent. In addition, you will also align and ensure the implementation of the overall business strategy with colleagues and management teams. The role formulates partnerships across the people function (COE) to provide additional valuable service to leaders and colleagues that reflect the business objectives of the organization. How is this opportunity different? Partnering closely with leaders in Commercial Risk, Health Solutions, Wealth Solutions and Reinsurance Solutions to achieve their strategic objectives, as well as being responsible for the broader People function and leading alongside business leadership to achieve critical initiatives. In addition, ensure alignment of the clusters with global and regional strategy and ensure compliance with cluster requirements. Collaborate with COE leadership roles to deliver coordinated services across the region. More specifically, the People Managing Partner will be responsible for supporting the implementation of strategic direction on specific business initiatives related to: + Performance management process (objective setting, talent review and succession planning, career coaching, development and evaluation). + Talent movement (promotions, talent movement to other areas). + Colleague development at all career levels with a focus on technical and commercial learning. + Partnering with talent acquisition and business to assess workforce planning needs and strategies. + Annual engagement analysis and review. + Annual pay/performance cycle and compensation-related structure work (e.g., job leveling). + People metrics analysis, review and delivery of information to the business. + Understand business strategy and underlying economics and provide input into executive level business decisions. + Educate and influence leaders to quickly adapt to organizational and business specific changes in direction; Consider business unit and partner impacts with leaders in communicating and performing the results needed to adapt to the new state. + Provide thought leadership, related to strategic delivery and based on outstanding field perspective, to segment or enterprise-wide teams preparing organizational change plans for major talent-related initiatives. Skills and experience that will lead you to success. The ideal candidate will be an expert leader in the HR field who understands the key role of people as a business partner and is passionate about talent management and the opportunity to lead change. The successful candidate will have proven the ability to consult, influence and partner with leaders in the implementation of people strategies and the seriousness to drive business performance. The successful candidate will demonstrate the following competencies: Business Insight / Judgment: 8 years of HR experience and leadership in Colombia and extensive experience in a global and sophisticated organization Organizational Change: will have a validated ability to support a team and organization through a strategic change directive. Team Leadership: Ability to help develop and retain successful teams and ability to mentor mid-level leaders as well as people team members. Relationship building /influence: Proven ability to build strong working relationships based on trust with clients at all levels. Communication Skills : A compelling communicator who has interacted at executive levels. Sophisticated proficiency in English and Spanish required. Values: Committed, united and passionate.
