Pension Administrator Entry Even though you do not have much experience, you are looking for a chance to initiate your career, take advantage of training programs and develop skills step-by-step in a stable, international company. What the day will look like + Preparing monthly payrolls and tax submissions according to schedule + Responding to pensioners and business queries. + Preparing and analizing reports + Supporting projects + Taking responsibility for own personal development plan in line with Company objectives and values + Supporting and sharing knowledge with colleagues to contribute to the effectiveness of the team and to achieve the team goals. In your first three months you will: + Learn how we handle pension funds or benefits systems for our clients + Get to know more experienced specialists who will gladly share their know-how with you + Learn how to work with systems and procedures that we use Skills and experience that will lead to success + Good English – at least B2 (on the CEFR scale) because you'll be using English every day + Good Excel skills – at least at an intermediate level because it's a key working tool for this role + Attention to detail - be able to keep track of lots of data and enjoy working in fast-paced environment + A bachelor's or master's degree in economic, finance or maths would be useful, but is not crucial How we support our colleagues In addition to our comprehensive benefits package, we encourage an inclusive workforce.
