You will be a member of the Payroll and Time and Attendance team (Slovakian and Czech) providing complex Payroll and Time and Attendance administration service support, e.g. provide a defined and comprehensive administration service in partnership with the appropriate countries.
Key responsibilities:Manage effectively and compliantly payroll, Time & Attendance (TAA) operations for assigned countries and local statutory benefits.Provide Payroll & TAA processes and legislation related support to people leaders and employees.Manage compliance of data in all Payroll & TAA system and in documentation.Prepare the procedures, trainings and collaborate on templates of documents.Assist activities deemed prepare labor and government audits, customer audits, and internal CAS audits on payroll &TAA.Ensure all Payroll & TAA reporting's are executed dully and timely.Maintain monthly Payroll KPIs dashboard.Keep full and timely cooperation with external payroll provider.Cooperate with HRBP about general HR matters.Create and maintain up-to-date HR documentation, as well as paper and digital records both in Brno and Žilina (twice a month) and submit (in person) to Social Security office.Participate in EMEA Payroll and T&A related projects and work on continuous improvement initiatives to resolve identified issuesRequirements:
