Title: Payroll Specialist, TEDA - 112995
Your Position:
1. Monthly and annual payroll data calculation, analysis and delivery;
2. Monthly and annual payroll data accrual, true up, charge out;
3. Individual income tax (IIT) management, such as IIT settlement for total annual income, IIT additional deductions, IIT submit for commercial insurance, IIT optimal options evaluation and analysis…
4. Employees’ SI&HF data management and cooperate with ADP;
5. Payroll clearance for new hire and quit employees;
6. Support internal and external audits related to payroll and Individual income tax.
1. Bachelor’s degree or above, fluently English language written skill;
2. At least two years of related working experience;
3. Possess good mathematical and calculation skills, capable of accurately calculating complex payroll and IIT data;
4. Familiar with labor laws and IIT regulations, understand the logic of payroll calculation and IIT polices;
5. Be able to work independently, be observant and thoughtful, with strong execution and problem-solving abilities;
6. Proficient in using MS office and financial software, such as Excel and SAP;
7. Have a high degree of data sensitivity and confidentiality awareness to ensure the accuracy and confidentiality of payroll data;
8. Communication skills and teamwork spirit, able to effectively collaborate with employees and other departments, can work under pressure.
