About this team
A day in the life: Reporting to the Digital Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in driving lululemon’s digital marketing growth by leading paid media strategies across various channels. The key responsibilities are:Support the Digital Marketing Manager in developing and executing paid media strategies across multiple digital marketing channels, including search, paid social, display and affiliateDevelop and execute LINE marketing strategies to engage Japanese audiences effectivelyUnderstand local trends, consumer behavior, and content preferences to craft compelling copy and creative approaches for LINE campaignsMonitor, analyze, and optimize performance based on key metrics and business goalsAssist in managing agencies, including briefing, day-to-day communication, managing creative assets and paymentProvide agencies with assets, ad copies ensuring alignment with best practices and local needs

The Digital Marketing team is a tight knit team responsible for the short and long-term performance and growth of Japan performance marketing channels. We manage a variety of digital marketing channels to drive growth across the full-funnel with a focus on acquisition, retention and reengagement. We’re experts in digital and make decisions based on data to ensure we strive to hit business KPIs.

Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in similar digital marketing (roles) preferably within a media agency.Familiar in using Adobe Analytics/GA, Power BI, Marketing Ad Managers Strong knowledge of Digital Marketing principals, platforms and toolsProven track record of managing digital strategy and execution across key performance marketing channels.Strong copywriting skills.Ability to work cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders.Familiar with industry best practices and market trends.Japanese fluency (native-level), Business-level English.Beyond the Paycheck (Benefits & Perks) At lululemon, we care for and invest in the whole person – body, mind, spirit.
