**Your responsibilities**
- Develop, inspect, and approve technical data and documents upholding regulatory and GMP standards for packaging changes.
- Execute and document rigorous validation protocols for components, equipment, and processes within the packaging area.
- Conduct and document factory trials to evaluate new components, ensuring top line performance with a focus on safety, quality, and efficiency
- Manage major local, regional and/or global projects (NPD/EPD/Productivity/Sustainability/Embellishment) within deadlines and ensure the achievement of set KPIs
- Ensure that Project Life Cycle systems used is as per global guidelines (i.e. packaging component specifications / Palletization specifications / BOMs / Test methods etc. are kept updated within the system)
- Ensure proper follow through whole mould development and mould validation process.
- Responsible for artwork approval process using artwork management tools.
**The experience we're looking for**
- Background in originating and following standardised work documentation.
- Experience training colleagues and applying 'train the trainer' concepts.
- Proven ability to liaise across departments to align on project plans and validation criteria.
- Record of troubleshooting and overcoming operational issues.
- Familiarity with the operational challenges and best practises, including a strong grasp of the needs of technical departments' internal customers.
