What the day will look like
PA Coordinator is going to work directly with U.S. team, leading Pension Admin analysts in Colombia but also helping North America to set up client Pension related data, data handling, Tools and platforms testing and results review.
+ Responsible for managing analyst team that is performing Pension Admin activities of varying complexity for North American U.S. clients
+ Coordinate tasks between the U.S. and the team in Colombia
+ Gather feedback and deliver messaging on feedback and support to team members
+ Address team members' challenges, doubts, or discrepancies
+ Uses technical, analytical, and communication skills to support consultants in the delivery of administration work, with a particular focus on system testing for quality results
+ Tests the conversion of existing clients from one pension administration system to a newer platform
+ Assists with the testing of the pension administration system for new clients according to the provisions of the pension plan, the rules for administering the plan, and basic understanding of US defined benefit plans
+ Reviews member data in a testing capacity for consistency and accuracy
+ Performs initial system configuration during conversion to our new platform
+ Ensures accuracy and quality of system-generated calculations and communication statements by applying US defined benefit concepts and specific client knowledge to individual calculations
+ Takes accountability and ownership of work.

+ Proficient in Microsoft Office software, with a curiosity to learn new technologies as the opportunities arise
+ Demonstrates strong written and verbal communication skills
+ Advanced level of English
