Resideo is seeking an Outside Sales Manager to join our Global Climate Solutions team, where the selected candidate will manage front line sellers and deliver value by leading strategic activities related to our OEM customers. As the successful candidate, you will build relationships to best understand the customer's business needs to provide appropriate products and solutions. You will identify and generate sales opportunities and drive sales of products, systems and services to different kinds of customers. You will foster client satisfaction. You will develop customer relationships through coordinating and/or attending industry events, such as trade shows or seminars, and client/customer events. You will provide education of Resideo product(s) through technical presentations. You will manage, maintain, and provide reports and opportunity status using our customer relationship management system. You will analyze competitive intelligence and market trends. You will work with Sales Inventory Operations Planning (SIOP) to strategically align sellers and customer accounts. JOB DUTIES:
YOU MUST HAVE:
Fluent/bilingual in English and Korean languages (both verbal & written) 4+ years of sales experience, including working directly with customers Ability to travel per business needs (up to 50%), including international travel
