The Order Fulfilment Specialist is responsible for driving implementation of the Global Supply Chain Excellence standard material processes across Fluid Conveyance. The position will support organizational development of the Materials team by deploying standard systems, tools, and processes. The scope of this responsibility includes Fulfillment, Replenishment, Production Planning/ Scheduling, and Shop floor execution processes.
In summary, this individual will be a critical Materials Management Subject Matter Expert and will be a go-to resource for both planned and ad-hoc work to support our drive towards Materials Management Excellence.
Job Responsibilities Drive deployment and execution of Global Supply Chain Excellence policy and process Enhance material replenishment tools, processes and metrics Actively manage multiple projects that will include system/process/tool development, program launches, best practice import/export, etc. Support the training and development of individuals and teams in all areas of Materials Management competencies Work with the manufacturing sites on gap closure items identified in materials management assessments. Manage continuous improvement projects at site specific, regional and global levels Work collaboratively with related functions on continuous improvement efforts. The position requires very strong technical, analytical and leadership skills. The ability to analyze operational challenges, identify standardized solutions, develop gap-closing tools and leading consensus among business partners as per the defined policies is a critical element of this position.
Basic Requirement:
Bachelor’s Degree Five (5) years' experience in one or more functional area (Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Materials Management or Logistics) Two (2) years' manufacturing/plant experience Two (2) years' experience working with a major ERP system (e.g. Oracle, SAP, QAD)Preferred Requirements:
APICS CPIM certification Expertise with an ERP system (e.g. Oracle, SAP, QAD) Knowledge of Materials Management fundamentals, including: SIOP, Replenishment Planning (Min-Max, MRP planning), Inventory Management, & Logistics Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal skills, including proficiency with standard office tools (Power BI, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, etc.) Ability to influence and impact: Must be credible and use data and analysis to make decisions and then support with action plans Ability to drive change and incorporate an acceptance to change Must be able to handle multiple tasks Ability to travel with strong interest in working with plant operations teamsEmployee Benefits
