The position will support organizational development of the Materials team by deploying standard systems, tools, and processes. The scope of this responsibility includes Fulfillment, Replenishment, Production Planning/ Scheduling, and Shop floor execution processes. In summary, this individual will be a critical Materials Management Subject Matter Expert and will be a go-to resource for both planned and ad-hoc work to support our drive towards Materials Management Excellence. **Job Responsibilities** + Drive deployment and execution of Global Supply Chain Excellence policy and process + Enhance material replenishment tools, processes and metrics + Actively manage multiple projects that will include system/process/tool development, program launches, best practice import/export, etc. + Support the training and development of individuals and teams in all areas of Materials Management competencies + Work with the manufacturing sites on gap closure items identified in materials management assessments. + Manage continuous improvement projects at site specific, regional and global levels + Work collaboratively with related functions on continuous improvement efforts.
