Order to Cash INTRODUCTION

Order to Cash, also known as O2C or OTC, refers to the set of business processes for receiving and processing customer sales and claim orders for goods and services and their payment.

WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE

Managing Turkey business day to day order entry process with putting quality, compliance, and efficiency as key focusResponsible for applying effective operations, prioritizing workload to meet the demand and serviceAnalyzing and supporting improvement opportunities for Order Entry processes to achieve cost / time savingsSupporting Morocco and Tunisia (as back-up) with process & system expertiseSupporting transition projects deployment for relevant Order Entry processesWorking collaboratively with regional & local O2C, IT and local Customer Service teams

Experiences & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degreeExcellent Turkish and good English communication and presentation skills, both written and verbalCustomer centric mindsetTeam player with flexibility and a positive attitudeEffective problem identification and solution skillsStrong analytical skills to establish plans and manage multiple assignments.Organized self-starter who can act with limited supervisionUnderstanding and good application of Microsoft Excel & PowerPointSAP experience (preferred)
