Position Summary

As an Opex Specialist, you will play a key role in optimizing our factory processes, driving efficiency and fostering a culture of continuous improvement by enhancing our Information Technology tools and using Lean methodologies. As part of the Operations Excellence team, you will:

Your Role

Lead continuous improvement activities using Lean 2.0 methodology and implement IT toolsCoordinate and prioritize Kaizen initiativesCoordinate Information Security / Tisax activitiesCollaborate in designing new processes and optimizing existing onesDevelop and implement standards and procedures to enhance efficiencyProvide training on Lean tools, ensuring alignment with Lean 2.0 principlesChallenge and support teams to drive continuous improvement, promoting cultural change in line with the Aptiv vision

 

Your Background:

A Master’s degree in Information Technologies, Industrial Engineering or a related fieldStrong knowledge of Lean methodologies and toolsStrong knowledge of IT, focused on tools deploymentExcellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approachThe ability to thrive in a global work environmentHigh energy, motivation, and a drive for excellenceFluency in English (mandatory)
