ResponsibilitiesAs an Operator I, Manufacturing, you will:
Read job specifications from the Production Record to determine machine adjustments and material requirements.Observe machine operation, make necessary adjustments, and perform in-process testing.Maintain all required documentation in accordance with Work Instructions.Assist with machine setup, changeovers, and cleaning.Notify Lead Operator of equipment or product issues and take corrective actions.Spread product as required and assist with cleanup and other production duties as needed.QualificationsTo excel in this role, you should have:
High School diploma or equivalent experience.The ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, safety rules, and operating procedures.Basic mathematical skills, including the ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide.The ability to use measuring instruments and simple hand tools.A willingness to learn and follow management directives.Physical Demands and Work EnvironmentThis role involves:
Frequent standing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and crawling.Regular use of hands for handling and overhead lifting.Frequently lifting/pushing/pulling/carrying up to 30 pounds.Working near moving mechanical parts with moderate to loud noise levels.Join us in this ambitious role where your efforts will help determine our success!
