What will you do?

Readiness:

Optimize activities for Manufacturing Unit's readiness in short-term production planning, identify optimization margins, handle real-time issues to minimize delivery impact.

Monitor and ensure the execution of all activities vital for production start (e.g., installation, qualification, maintenance and calibration activities of new and existing equipment).Monitor and ensure the availability of approved documents (Protocols, MBR, SOP) within necessary timeframes.Monitor the availability of approved materials within necessary timeframes in collaboration with Supply Chain & Planning, MSAT and QC Raw Material & Packaging.

Scheduling:

Work with collaborators and planning to ensure efficient manufacturing department scheduling, create detailed batch schedules, and communicate with all involved functions.Analyze the scheduling of all organizational unit activities, identify short and medium-term optimizations, and work with planning to incorporate them into manufacturing plans.Understand the scheduling of installation, qualification, maintenance and calibration activities of new and existing equipment, including them into the manufacturing plans and monitoring/supervising their status.

Execution - Schedule Attainment:

Collaborate with MSAT and Manufacturing departments to ensure scheduled activities are carried out.Track production activities by collecting and analyzing data, adjusting schedules to ensure timely delivery.Understand, monitor, and analyze micro-stoppages or events that have an impact.Collaborate with QC to conduct in-process controls (IPC) within the planned timeframes.Notify all collaborators if there are delays in batch execution.

Standard Times:

Collaborate in defining standard times for the manufacturing activities, in partnership with involved functions.Analyze and optimize standard times through performance monitoring and identifying improvements.Account for activities in terms of productive staff work hours in the information system for accurate cost control.

Education/ Experience

MS or equivalent experience in Operations Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

Experience in main Upstream (Media Preparation and Enzymatic reactions in Bioreactors) and in Downstream steps (TFF, Chromatography, Encapsulation, Clarifications/Filtrations).Proven experience in scheduling, project coordination roles.Excellent organizational and time management skills.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in scheduling software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, SAP).Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Diligent with the ability to balance multiple tasks simultaneously.Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to managing changes.
