About the team

Positioned within our operations team, you will work within our UK Operations team, focusing on creating best-in-class experiences for customers from the moment their application is submitted to in live support. Working alongside Operational leadership within the UK this team values great attitudes, creative thinking and a customer-centric approach to problem solving.

What you’ll own

Business process mappingCapturing key requirements and documenting the processData analysis skills - delivering reports and insightsCommunication and stakeholder management - Communicates effectively with other project resources, on progress of tasks and identification of risks / issues.Collects data to discover patterns and identify trends. Measures performance against process requirementsDelivers and presents findings, including measurement, analysis, improvement, and control

What you bring

3+ years related experienceAbility to conduct excellent analysis, which brings key insights to lightStrong Excel skills and extensive experience using Excel for analysis.Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and writtenPrevious experience in business process mappingAbility to work in an organized manner and consistently follow up on tasksFocused, proactive self-starter, comfortable with autonomy

Added bonus if you have:

Visualisation tools like PowerBI

Experience working in a financial institution
