Job Summary

Job Summary:

Responsible to drive CI through developing lean methodology, lead and coordinate/cooperate with different departments to lead lean and continuous projects to achieve OTT saving target. Implement and share the best practice to build competency of site operation team on problem solving. Establish training plan for plant and ensure the training complete on schedule.   

Responsibilities:

Drive the continuous improvement projects and machine reliability in the organizationProvide technical guidance and facilitate the CI projects and SMP projectsCoach and train each department in Continuous Improvement principles (Lean, Six Sigma and Best Practices)Improve the manufacturing or other business processes using Value Stream Mapping and the other lean toolOrganize LWA (Lost & Waste Analyses) and generate Kaizen projectsLeverage the best practices implementation and promotionEstablish training plan and complete on scheduleEstablish the continuous improvement culture in the organization
Complete other task assigned by operations manager

Requirements:

Diploma degree or above in food science, biotechnology or biochemical / chemical/Automation engineering, solid knowledge on lean six sigma methodology15 years working experience in food industry or biotechnology or microbiology and 3 years’ experience on CI projectGood English both in oral and writtenA self-starter and highly organizedExcellent written and oral communication is essential.
