Role and Responsibility

To complete the details affix stamp duty in lending/ security documentation and record in core banking system.To ensure the stamp duty on lending/security documentation being levied payable to Revenue Department and to Ministry of Finance (via Aor Sor 4 Khor) by due date.To ensure that all fees commissions have been correctly calculated and collected with withholding tax certificate properly delivered to Financial Control Department.To prepare maintenance or Hold transactions for securitiesTo properly manage/control the physical documents storage vault registration.To assist Credit Services Manager in preparing Regulatory Reporting as required by regulators. To assist Credit Services Manager in providing an opinion among the work procedure or taking initiative to improve overall turnaround timeTo assist line manager and team with ad hoc tasks and projects as needed.
