In this key strategic role, you will drive central initiatives to expand our presence in the data center and building automation markets while leading a team of sales engineers. You’ll play a meaningful role in building strong customer relationships, driving cross-functional collaboration, and representing Emerson in key industry forums and events.
In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: Developing and implementing strategic plans to lead and grow key data center and building automation accounts in North America, aligning solutions with customer needs. Building and maintaining positive relationships with corporate clients, driving revenue growth through tailored sales strategies. Crafting and driving a comprehensive coverage model for accounts, targeting new and existing market segments. Defining growth targets and pursuing new customer acquisitions, project opportunities, and demand generation initiatives. Leading sales campaigns, collaborating with marketing and product teams to bring value propositions and drive team alignment. Representing the organization at key industry events and fostering a high-performance community of engineers. Conducting in-depth customer discovery, developing solutions and account plans to address business challenges and support major customer presentations. Our compensation philosophy is simple: we pay a competitive base salary, within the local market in which we operate, and reward performance during our annual merit review process. The total target comp range (base + sales bonus) for this position is $156,000-$208,000 annually, commensurate with the skills, talent, capabilities, and experience each candidate brings to a role
