This position will develop, coordinate, and manage supply & demand modeling tools that forecast one to three-year North America parent & commercial seed production. Compile and distribute product supply & demand signals to determine recommendations for commercial, pre-commercial and export related growing plans. Identify and develop consistent business process improvements related to supply & demand planning and systems. Interface with broader Supply Chain Planning team, Production Operations, Finance, Research, Commercial Business and other stakeholders to develop supply plans at the product level while maximizing reliability, profitability and sustainability. **Responsibilities - How will you help us grow?** + Manage a dynamic portfolio of North America Commercial Corn seed supply & demand within the IBP & SPIN toolsets + Utilize demand forecasts to produce and distribute volume plan, supply plan, and/or acreage plan information that outlines risk management and production strategies in effort to minimize cost and risk while efficiently utilizing assets and supporting company objectives. + Act as liaison between Product Life Cycle, Parent Seed, and SPSC teams to gather product advancement information and translate subsequent data management, parent seed, and production needs, while ensuring all “End 2 End” guidelines and processes are met. + Maintain, manage, and trouble-shoot Blend Configuration Table which is used across Corteva to assign refuge-blended product recipes. Coordinate Blend configuration and reporting with Product Life Cycle Management to ensure accurate planning and executing of Blended Refuge Products. + Responsible for North America Pioneer & Multi-Channel brand quarterly Financial Reserve reporting and reconciliation of physical inventory movement and quality/surplus discards with Macro Plan. + Develop process improvements related to demand and risk management models. + Manage volume plan inputs to maximize sterile seed production using the CMS Playbook. + Ensure data integrity for completeness, accuracy, process flow, and reporting accuracy. Monitor validity of SPIN (Sybase) and IBP data being utilized by other tools/reporting. Continually review data extraction and data loading. + Effective and informed communication to all key stakeholders. **Job Qualification** **Requirements - What expertise have you grown?** + BA or BS (or equivalent), preferably in Agriculture, Supply Chain, Economics, or Operations + 5-7 years of Agricultural business experience; Supply Chain or Operations experience + Familiarity with Hybrid and Parent crop production process + Project management experience + Familiarity with IBP Volume and/or Demand structure and functionality + Knowledge of SAP structure and functionality + Ability to develop and use modeling tools independently + Advanced knowledge with Microsoft Office Products (Access, Excel) + Strong verbal and written communication skills with ability to explain detail in a concise way + Ability to develop, maintain and use a dynamic plan/master schedule to produce stable and predictable production output **Ready to grow your perspectives, impact and career?
