Bosch first started its operations in Vietnam in 1994 and registered a wholly-owned subsidiary in 2008. According to the business strategy of Bosch in Vietnam, from 1st July 2014 on all business entities were merged into Bosch Vietnam Co. Ltd. with its head office at Ho Chi Minh City plant (HcP) in Dong Nai Province.

HcP has started its belt assembly in a rented building on 1st August 2008 as the assembly plant of Tilburg Plant (TbP). On 14th April 2011, HcP celebrated the inauguration of the new plant (Lth101 with 17,000 sqm), which did not only allow to increase the production depth, but also to facilitate the push belt assembly of this high-tech product. On 3rd July 2012 HcP marked a big milestone by starting to produce the second component (loop-set) for its push belt. Since November 2012, HcP doubled the production floor space and increase the net total floor space up to 56.000 m², and have successfully increased its production capacity and realized a lot of new line SOP’s.

Job Description

1/ Vận hành máy móc/thiết bị theo ODS/RP, giám sát tính liên tục, ổn định và chất lượng của quy trình
Operate machines/ equipment follow ODS/RP, monitors the continuity, stability and quality of the process  

2/ Lấy mẫu đo theo tần suất để kiểm soát thông số quy trinh và thông số sản phẩm theo tiêu chuẩn
(Take frequency samples to control process parameters and product parameters according to standards) 

3/ Giảm lãng phí, tỉ lệ lỗi tại quy trình bằng cách tuân thủ RP và tham gia hoạt đột cải tiến liên tục
Reduce waste and reject rate in the process by following RP and participating in continuous improvement activities 

4/ Phát hiện sớm những rủi ro liên quan đến chất lượng
Early detection quality issue (parameter, machines stop 

5/ Quản lý nhóm nhỏ
Manage small team 

6/ Hỗ trợ huấn luyện, đào tạo nhân viên mới
Budy for less experience associates 

7/ Ghi lại chính xác KPI (chất lượng, số lượng, tỷ lệ phế phẩm)để điều tra thêm nếu có
Accurately record KPIs (quality, quantity, scrap rate) for further investigation if any 

8/ Tham gia sửa chữa/hỗ trợ quá trình sửa chữa 
Involve to machine repairing if any 

9/ Giao ca
Shift handover 

10/ Duy trì, cải thiện khu vực làm việc an toàn, ngăn nắp, sạch sẽ theo tiêu chuẩn 
Maintain 5S at working area

Qualifications

1. Education

Tốt nghiệp PTTH và tốt nghiệp trường kỹ thuật nghề trở lên, chuyên ngành: Cơ khí, điện công nghiệp, cơ điện…  (High school graduation, graduated from technical vocational school or higher, major: Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics…)Trình độ tiếng anh: Cơ bản  (English basic)

2. Work experience

Có kiến thức cơ bản về thực hiện 5S, ưu tiên có kiến thức về sản xuất Lean, ISO 9000…  Have basic knowledge in 5S implementation, preferable for those who have knowledge in Lean manufacturing, ISO 9000,   Ít nhất 1 năm kinh nghiệm làm việc trong nhà máy sản xuất,  ưu tiên đã từng làm việc trong ngành công nghiệp xe hơi hoặc chuyền sản xuất.   At least 1 year experience as an operator in industrial manufacturing plant, preferable for those who used to work in car industry, or production line.
