Job Description

This role is responsible for China & East Asia’s BCS (Bosch Car Service) network engagement & marketing communication strategy, and also its implementation in the China market. Additionally, the role is also responsible for internal communication & branding governance to ensure synergy & efficiency among different markets.
该职位负责中国及东亚市场维修站网络客户的线上/线下传播策略及执行(包括现有网络客户及潜在客户),从而提升品牌效应并增强客户互动率、活跃度。同时也负责内部传播活动及品牌使用合规管理。

 

Job Responsibilities:
1. Develop Workshop Network Engagement & Communication Strategy:
Develop strategy of BCS network engagement & communication strategy in China & East Asia markets, incl. content, frequency, channels, in order to ensure proper & efficient value proposition communication.
制定中国及东亚市场维修站网络客户的线上/线下传播策略,包括以价值主张为主的传播内容、频次、触达方式/渠道以及针对终端客户的品牌知名度,从而提升现有客户以及潜在客户的互动率以及活跃度。和东亚地区高效协作,协助其传播策略的执行及落地。
2. Plan & implement online/offline communication & network engagement activities in the China market:
Investigate market trends, plan & implement communication activities (mainly online, e.g. social media, new media, PR etc.) but also including offline events to increase high engagement with existing network and increase awareness & conversion with Prospects.
根据市场趋势,实时调整、计划并执行中国地区线上线下整合营销活动并不断拓展传播渠道(如社交媒体、新媒体渠道、公关活动等),从而确保现有网络内客户的高互动率以及潜在客户的高转化率。
3. Create marketing content material & communication channel management:
Create content materials (e.g. press release, social media posts, product introduction page, KVs, short-videos) fitting target audience as Workshop & End-user, which aligns with Brand guideline, and also consolidate available materials with efficient sharing among countries.
设计并产出营销内容(如公关稿、社交媒体推文、服务产品线上详情页、海报、短视频等),确保符合品牌合规及调性,并且整合通用有共性的营销内容分享体系用于东亚市场。
4. Internal Communication Channel:
Responsible for internal communication within CN & CN+EA, e.g. Newsletter & event.
负责亚太地区的内部传播策略与执行,包括跨部门及跨国家的有效交流,从而提升内部影响力。
5. Cross-function collaboration:
Collaborate with sales & product teams to align communication strategy
协同销售/品类等跨部门以及跨国家的相关同事,确保营销活动及传播策略的有效落地。

Qualifications

1. Min. 3-years working experience in market communication & customer engagement activities area, with holistic campaign (online+offline) in the retail chain industry related experience preferred;
3年以上品牌传播及营销活动策划执行经验,有在连锁零售行业大型活动全案策划执行经验者优先;
2. Very familiar with different kinds of social media platform’s communication approach, and have strong creativity, copywriting and project management;
非常熟悉各种线上媒体渠道的传播方式及技巧,有优秀的创意策划能力、文案能力及项目管理能力;
3. Strong can-do attitude with result-orientation mindset, and take initiative to drive to solve problems and achieve target;
拥有极强的积极主动执行并解决问题的能力,并实现目标的达成;
4. Proficient in MS Office tools (e.g. PPT, Excel), basic design & video production skills (e.g. PS) preferred;
熟悉使用MS Office软件如PPT/Excel,具备基本的设计及视频剪辑生成能力优先;
5. Fast learning ability and engage in improving business processes by contributing ideas
拥有极强的学习能力,能积极主动思考并优化现有流程或方式从而实现业务目标;
6. Fluent spoken and written English & Mandarin, dealing with multi-country experience preferred;
流利的英文及普通话,拥有跨文化交流及工作经验优先;
7. Bachelor degree or above in marketing, communication or related fields;
本科及以上学历,市场营销、传播学等相关专业优先;
