**Job Description** **Hybrid:** This role is categorized as hybrid. This means the successful candidate is expected to report to Concord, NC or Milford, MI three times per week, at minimum. **The Role** GM Motorsports Competition Engineering is seeking a Motorsports Race Performance Lead Engineer to join our Cadillac LMDh program. This role will coordinate the at-race performance support GM provides to the race teams – setting priorities and ensuring proper execution. This role will also represent GM in sanctioning body discussions around on track performance.
