The Project Senior Analyst will report to the Mobility Design and Solutions team.
The Mobility Design & Solutions sits within Mobility & Immigration under Benefits and is responsible for supporting Citi’s Mobility Programs through effective process governance, project management, productive methods, clear communications and detail-oriented approach to delivery.
This role will be responsible for leading various project management related workstreams within Mobility, with the goal of effectively supporting the Mobility & Immigration leadership team and Mobility’s global network.
This individual will be instrumental in managing select key projects, tracking progress on priorities that span across Mobility, tracking milestones, keeping documentation up to date and general support of the Mobility Design & Solutions team.
Responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:
Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, timelines and efficiency ensuring all resources are effectively allocated on behalf of the Mobility & Immigration team.Monitor project progress, proactively identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies.Oversees technology related work streams for Mobility including implementing tools/resources.Facilitate regular status meetings with MI Leadership team, providing updates and gathering feedback to drive continuous improvement.Analyze project outcomes and metrics to assess effectiveness and drive future enhancements (e.g., lessons learned).Provide required guidance on the Project governance rules and Book of Work maintenanceMaintains documents and detailed records in support of the Mobility Design & Solutions team.Supports Mobility organization through effective communications, especially using Microsoft PowerPoint.Support deliverables against Citi’s internal vendor management program, creates conditions for high performance of ongoing supplier relationships, holds suppliers accountable to provide high quality services (e.g., SLAs) to internal clients (e.g. mobile employees, HR)Facilitate the vendor invoice process including the systematic comparison of approved Mobility packages and actual expenses across all Mobility Programs. Assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular interest to the firm’s reputation and safeguarding Cit, its clients and asses by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.Qualifications:
