MEGA GROWERS SALES MANAGER
Primarily responsible for supervising the activities of direct sales representatives and attaining sales objectives for the region. Manages a team of sales representatives to Direct Sales; responsible for revenue generated by the team. Works independently within an assigned customer base. Manages all aspects of the selling process. Oversees the administration of sales policies and programs to meet sales and profit goals for the territory. Promotes products and/or services for the team; has a high level of understanding of products and services offered and the industry. Serves as a role model/ mentor to others; provides coaching to sales reps. Manages and builds relationships with existing customers "Mega Growers".
Requirements:
Experience in Soybean, Corn and Cotton crops. Knowledge of the region. At least 5 years of sales experience; Experience in Crop, Seeds and Organic platforms. Experience in team management. Interpersonal skills, customer focus, organization and analytical skills.
