Media Operations Analyst

Join Ops team to support Oracle Digital Paid Media
Execute and continually improve Oracle Integrated Marketing procure-to-pay process for global ODPM teams. Capture media spend data in Oracle systems accurately and completely. Open, extend and track Purchase Orders for all advertising suppliers on timely basis.
Specific Responsibilities
Maintain operational processes and infrastructure to ensure reliable, dependable, accurate and expeditious reporting. Ensure data accuracy and completeness in MRM and iProcurement applications. Manage end-to-end PO process (open PO for approved media plans, ensure that all the required information and documents are correct and complete, receive on the POs). Submit requests for PO change orders and budget optimisations, to ensure that the supplier invoices are paid on time. Work with S2S (P2P) for all PO, Invoice and Payment related issues. Prepare and deliver reports to Global Advertising Operations Manager. Manage change relating to media activities. Follow document retention methodology for all documents. Respond promptly and thoroughly to inquiries by global counterparts and affiliates.
Relevant Experience:
Essential: A proven track record in business process management and data entry. Proficiency in Excel. Minimum education: Graduation in commerce (finance, business or economics) Very well-organised and structured, ability to prioritize and multitask, work with tight deadlines Excellent command of English (written and verbal communication skills) Outstanding attention to details
Desirable:
Basic knowledge of GAAP. Implemented operational systems for real-time tracking and reporting. Previous experience in a similar position is highly preferred. Ideally, some knowledge/experience in working with a marketing organisation
