Materials Coordinator- Warehouse Lead

Based in our Tulsa, OK location, we are looking for an energetic employee to hold the position of Materials Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring timely materials goods movements, accurate movement of products and inventory in support of production and warehouse for the Tulsa Operations team without our Pressure Management (PRM) business unit. You will be part of a collaborative and high performing team of Operations and Supply Chain specialists that are focused on providing world class customer care. This role will fully support the receiving and warehouse functions as needed by site management and fully support the safety culture of the Tulsa facility. This position will be the lead for the Material Handler employees in the Warehouse.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

Assist Supervisors in the development and attainment of set manufacturing goals  Be an active member of the Tulsa Safety Committee and demonstrate dedication to the safety culture Support Warehouse Supervisor in day-to-day operations, i.e. toolbox meetings, workflow, safety briefs, and daily production expectations  Collaborating with Manufacturing, Shipping, Procurement and Quality in the execution of daily production plan(s)

For This Role, You Will Need:

High school diploma/GED or equivalent years of experience  Minimum of five (5) years of warehouse experience in a manufacturing setting Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, etc.) Strong organization and problem-solving skills with ability to take initiative and work with limited supervision  Knowledge of manufacturing principles and operations  Prior experience with operating warehouse equipment  Ability to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 25lbs unassisted
