We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Material Management Support to join our dynamic team.

Responsibilities:

Create and Process Production Orders in coordination with Projects, Aftermarkets and Warehousing Teams, including revising BOMs after kits are made, extra work to correct kits in the field.Create Sales Orders from PO’s received from our team in Canada.Ensure proper setup of parts in Material Master in SAPAssist driving Lessons Learned and Documenting Process to ensure transactions are recorded properly in SAP.  Facilitate Daily Material Call and manage DMC tracker.Data collection and analysis to implement corrective actions on common issues from the Daily Material CallOwnership of Critical Material Call including lessons learned and process improvements.Assist with material identification/validation for maintenance.Audit cycle counting and process adherence mainly in the Northeast area. Create, Develop, Monitor and Publish Materials KPI including data analysis and process improvement recommendations.Perform transactions in SAP/Salesforce/SharePoint/Cormap as required.Cover for project personnel needs when required.Member of rapid response team to support urgent project needs.M820 SecurePro profile approvalsAnnual Physical Inventory specialistAssist with Admin task such a moderator and data collection from the Monthly Material Department Review, Materials Escalation Calls, processing shipment errors in shipment error log, assist with process documentation, maintenance of Materials Department Share Point, tracking training hours and safety metrics.

Required Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience:

Required education: High School diploma, or GED required; College degree preferred. Required experience: 3-5 years of professional experience in a logistics coordination and material management experience preferred.Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.ERP and/or MRP system knowledge and experienceStrong experience in various MS Office applications (Excel, Tableau, Access, PPT, Word, TEAM’s, Power BI, etc.)
