Key Responsibilities

Material Handler II: Ensure flawless warehouse operations, follow cGMP standards, support management with various tasks.

Perform all processes in accordance with established procedures and cGMP standards.Maintain a high standard of housekeeping in the warehouse and act as a backup cleaner when necessary.Ensure equipment and instruments in the work area are maintained and operating normally.Complete regular reports as required by management or clients.Maintain accurate documentation for all processes conducted.Assist management in any other matters as required.Supervise all aspects of clinical trials supplies packaging, including supply forecasts, batch record production, label production, and execution of packaging exercises.Ensure Investigational Medicinal Products (IMPs) are labeled and packed in accordance with study protocols.Produce Standard Operating Procedures and non-conformance reports.Initiate and implement continuous improvement activities to improve efficiency and quality.Assist in warehouse tasks such as receipt, retrieval, Problem Reporting (PR), and dispatch of Clinical Trial Materials when necessary.

Distribution Tasks

Process Pick Orders in a timely and accurate manner.Package Clinical Trial Materials using accurate and appropriate shipping materials.Follow appropriate project instructions carefully.Ensure courier information is complete and available for couriers.Complete documentation and update computer systems accurately.

Export Shipment – QC Check

Verify the accuracy of picked drug supplies against client orders and shipping distribution documents.Conduct in-process checks for Just-In-Time Labeling.
