Master Scheduler
Reports finished goods and component items based on capacity requirements.  Communicates short and long-term customer production  Ensures timely output of product in response to customer orders analyze, address and communicate production issues in a timely manner; work to develop solutions and improve production performance Publish and perform rootcause analysis in Actual vs. Scheduled Production, Downtime and Company KPIs. Calculatesresulting requirements for raw materials, WIP, purchases parts and packaging based on MRP methodology. Coordinates equipment repairs or maintenance with appropriate personnel with zero impact to customers. Plans, coordinates and executes product bank builds in accordance to company policies Participation in physical inventory. Participates in Launch, BalanceOut and End Change meetings.

Job Requirements

Education

Bachelor's Level Degree in Production Scheduling, Supply Chain Management or Similar

*Equivalent work experience may also be considered

Required Qualifications

2-5 Minimum Years of Experience within the field. 

Experience within the automotive industry.

Preferred Qualifications

Able to work in a rapidly changing environment. Able to process time sensitive information and orders to meet deadlines. Effective oral andwritten communication skills; ability to accurately communicate with co-workers and management, as well as external customers.  Working knowledge of MFG, PRO, QAD, MS Office, Word, Excel, and Email.
