Marketing Systems Coordinator

We steward precious resources by finding more sustainable solutions. **Job Summary** TYLin is currently seeking a Marketing Systems Coordinator to join our Global Marketing Systems team. This person plays a key role in maintaining and optimizing marketing data systems to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and collaboration across teams. This position is responsible for managing exception reports, reviewing budgets, updating key client records, and overseeing saved searches within various systems. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and capable of working with cross-functional teams to streamline marketing data processes. **Responsibilities & Qualifications** **Duties and Responsibilities:** + Assist with Deltek CRM and OpenAsset data integrity, including administration/maintenance, knowledge/information management, and data research. + Participates in Marketing planning/status meetings and reports system status and performance analysis. + Monitor data hygiene and identify opportunities to improve data quality. + Partners with other members of the Marketing Shared Services team to develop and ensure best-of-class data management and reporting. + Develop standardized weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports that audit the status of data entry and identify issues. + Ensures data structure supports the Global Infrastructure Pillar marketing and business needs. + Provides guidance, training, and support on core functionality. Develops and trains users on use of systems, including new employee orientation, refresher courses, and training on system enhancements. + Document business rules, segmentation strategies, and workflows. + Work closely with the global Marketing and business development staff to obtain information, troubleshoot user issues, answer questions, and provide reporting and analyses support. + Responsible for pulling reports on projects/people/subs/partners/teaming/etc. for leadership reporting. + Updates firmwide database with project and proposal information on an ongoing basis. + Conduct and coordinate a range of marketing systems and support activities as directed. **Skills and Qualifications:** + Ability to collaborate with a global team. + Experience in the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry is preferred. + With at least 3 to 5+ years of marketing or business development experience. + Experience in marketing operations, data management, or administrative roles. + Familiarity with Deltek or similar CRMs and financial tracking. + Ability to adapt to evolving processes and system updates. + Strong attention to detail and data accuracy. + Experience with marketing data systems and reporting tools. + Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, CRM platforms, and data management software. + Ability to collaborate with multiple teams and manage approvals. + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. + Excellent organizational and time-management abilities. + High level of integrity, always doing the right thing in an ethical, fair, and sustainable way. + Demonstrated ability to collaborate in a diverse and inclusive team, working together toward technical excellence. **Additional Information** TYLin Group’s Asia Pacific offices provide technical innovations and professional services including civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, geotechnical, seismic engineering, and planning.
