Overview Steady grow China SNK portfolio with diversified EP brands and products to solidify PEP stronghold position in Indelgence Demand Space and meet consumers’ repertoire needs for Snacks, supporting China Foods 10 in 10 business ambitions. Scope of the Role: •Support EP lead to manage the growth of 2 important platforms (FF and PPC) and 1 tactical platform (YAM) ,including brand growth strategy planning and ATL + BTL brand plan execution. Responsibilities •Lead brand communication and activation plan, while deliver high quality execution •Lead brand innovation development to support brands’ mid-term and long-term growth sustainability •Assist line manage in coordinating cross-functional teams to drive E2E brand growth plan •Support line manager to do business analysis and review, provide data support for business know-how and strategy planning Qualifications •Bachelor Degree in Marketing or related field •5+ years FMCG marketing-related experiences •Good communication skills, fluent English, both written & spoken •Good analytical skills •High integrity, can-do attitude, and willingness to learn •Strong project management capability
