Do you have 5+ years of experience in Marketing and hold a degree in Marketing or a related field?Are you passionate about creating engaging content that drives real business results?Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing projects efficiently and collaborating with cross-functional teams?Are you skilled in graphic design and familiar with tools like Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop (with video editing as a plus)?Do you understand the power of SEO and paid advertising strategies like Google Ads to help boost visibility and growth?Are you fluent in English and Spanish, with strong communication and writing skills?

As our Marketing Specialist, in addition to driving customer engagement and content creation, you will also be responsible for developing and executing marketing initiatives that deliver profitable growth for KONE’s solutions and services. This includes planning and launching campaigns across both traditional and digital channels—such as brochures, flyers, email marketing, signage, and Google Ads—to generate demand and capture leads.

In this role, you’ll also help coordinate and support key marketing events such as trade shows, customer visits, and sponsorships, managing logistics and execution to ensure successful outcomes.

You will be responsible for monitoring and measuring campaign performance, making data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement, and conducting market research to better understand trends, customer needs, and competitive insights.

Your hands-on approach, creativity, and customer-centric mindset will be key to driving value and helping the team reach growth targets.
