About the Role:
As a Paid Media Specialist, you will lead the Paid Media Channel Strategy and focus on performance optimization. You will drive full-funnel media campaigns across search, social, display, and programmatic channels. You will own strategy, execution, and budget optimization while partnering with local marketing, creative, and analytics teams to deliver high-impact, data-driven results.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute paid media strategies across various channels, including search, social, display, and programmatic advertising. Manage vendors and consultants for Paid Media.
Conduct keyword research, bid management, and campaign optimization to maximize ROI and achieve marketing objectives.
Analyze campaign performance data, identify trends, and provide insights to inform strategy adjustments and optimizations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as creative, analytics, and product teams, to ensure effective campaign execution.
Manage and optimize ad budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources across campaigns and channels.
Continuously test and experiment with new ad formats, targeting methods, and creative approaches to drive better results.
Requirements:
Relevant experience in managing successful paid media campaigns across various platforms.
Strong analytical and data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret and act on campaign insights.
Proficiency in paid media tools and platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager).
Excellent project management and organizational skills.
Knowledge of digital marketing principles, including SEO, content marketing, and conversion rate optimization.
Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
