**MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:**
+ Oversees the development of policies, procedures and objectives for marketing and selling EPD’s products via Portfolio Selling strategies.
+ Oversees Therapeutic Areas (TA) and product strategy and organizational development.
+ Oversees TA/product development, pricing, A&P budgets, sales and margin objectives.
+ Direct and develop the marketing staff. Provide marketing expertise to executive management team.
+ Inspire the organization
+ In charge of all marketing activities, departments and personnel involved in Marketing.
+ Provide leadership to the day-to-day operations of the marketing team, while maintaining focus on EPD’s strategic goals.
+ Analyzes market data to determine business growth potential.
+ Establishes performance goals for employees, and monitor performance on a continual basis.
+ Oversees all hiring, training and termination of personnel in Marketing.
+ Develop the Strategic Marketing Plan.
+ Direct the division to achieve objectives established in Strategic Marketing Plan.
+ Working with Head of Sales to coordinates marketing & sales operations with all other departments.
+ Develops, maintains and improves business relations with KOLs, key customers and strategic partners.
+ Seeks out and targets new customers and new sales opportunities, initiates action plan to approach and secure new business.
+ Work closely with the New Business Development Manager to provide input for the future TA/products in the Play Book.
**EDUCATION/QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE:**
+ Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or related science field or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
+ Pharmacist is preferred and MBA will be an added advantage.
+ Minimum 10 years of professional sales & marketing management experience in Pharma/Healthcare industry with at least 5 years at marketing management level.
+ Excellent communication, sharp negotiation and influencing skills.
+ Strong analytical skills with a positive attitude and good team player.
+ Highly motivated, self-driven and possesses good interpersonal skills with the ability to demonstrate good business acumen.
+ Proven leadership and ability to drive high performing marketing team.
