**Job title –** Marketing Manager - Dietary Supplements HNC

The Dietary Supplements (DS) segment is a core part of dsm-firmenich's Human Nutrition & Care business in the Asia Pacific region. It is one of the largest and fastest growing segments, with a wide range of solutions as well as regional market coverage. The DS segment is a highly competitive, complex and dynamic segment, with huge opportunities for growth in the Asia-Pacific region, and we are seeking a strong candidate to support and execute our key growth projects.
**Your key responsibilities**
+ Responsible for driving specific DS projects in the region, working with key stakeholders to ensure that those projects successfully transition from concept to commercialization.
+ Contribute to the development of APAC DS strategy, working with the regional DS Segment lead in developing segment appropriate plans
+ Identify innovation opportunities, support concept and prototype development for the segment. Develop and manage a portfolio of innovative customer projects in Asia-Pacific by working closely with the sub-regions sales teams.
+ Build and maintain relationships with sub regional stakeholders, as well as key customers within the specified areas

**You bring**
+ Bachelor or Masters degree in marketing, sales or science in human nutrition.
+ Minimum of 10 years’ b2b relevant experience with dietary supplement products, especially in the area of gut health, lipids, botanicals or vitamins.
+ Excellent project management skills to ensure growth and conversion of business development funnel in the region to ensure future growth targets are met.
+ Proven track-record on marketing/concept content generation and roll-out
+ Ability to identify consumer insights, business and other opportunities, define innovation strategies, transform them into concepts and achieve their implementation
+ Ability to build quality and trusting customer relationships through strong interpersonal skills and integrity
