Lenovo’s Marketing Team is evolving and we are looking for a Marketing Leader who will work to coordinate Lenovo’s marketing activity in Romania. This is the perfect opportunity to develop long lasting business relationships with journalists, marketing&PR agencies, customers and business partners, while improving your marketing acumen and entrepreneurial skills.
You will represent our brand and connect with the other internal support teams to grow Lenovo’s awareness in Consumer, SMB and Enterprise Corporate segments.
Your main responsibilities:
Drive Country Marketing & PR activity, as well as co-marketing initiatives, always staying aligned with Lenovo overall marketing goals Maximize utilization of Alliances marketing budgets and manage country marketing budget, prepare and execute quarterly country marketing plans Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, product management, sales) to ensure proper marketing planning alignment with business goals Manage and maintain the relationship with our partner agencies (marketing, digital, PR) to ensure we get the best services, offers and ideas out of them - prepare briefing, plans, manage costs, organize business events, execution and measurements Support consumer/commercial sales teams with effective co-marketing activities with key business partners/retailers/distributors Communicate with all segment leaders to set the marketing priorities for each quarter depending on business requirements and corporate strategy Drive PR and Social Marketing programs across Romania, develop and maintain a constant good relationship with tech and premium media with the support of local PR agency Manage communication of new products launches on the Romanian market and seasonal promotions Monitor and optimize our social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok, YouTube, etc.), ensuring consistent brand messaging and engaging contents together with the designated digital agency Lead Marketing Operations Rep to manage marketing budget, funding and proofs tracking End-to-end responsibility for managing and reporting alliances (Intel/Microsoft/AMD) programs/budgets with Marketing Ops support Lead Marketing Operations Rep to upload marketing plan and activities in designated corporate marketing tools Manage promoters, merchandisers, and POS branding Develop clear data reporting to ensure the business is always aware of the effectiveness and efficiency of the marketing activities each quarter You will report to Lenovo Country Manager supporting all business segments. You will participate in regular collaborative planning calls and meetings.Position requirements:
7+ years of work experience in Marketing&PR ideally within the IT&C industry Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field Experience in developing marketing strategies Budget ownership & management experience Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and analytics tools Extensive digital marketing and PR experience Ready to travel within the country or abroad as required Fluent in Romanian and English as you will work within an international team.What can we offer to you:
