**DESCRIPTION**
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Ensures that worldwide service parts support for customers, Original Equipment Manufacturers, and the Distribution channel is available at first shipment for less complex new product launches.
+ **Support the investigation of less complex service part issues and facilitate the identified solutions.**
+ **Support product stocking and forecasting projections.**
+ **Serves as a support resource to assists and participate in functional, and management reviews to ensure availability of new service level components and disposition established for others.**
+ **Supports in identifying, tracking, and working with others to resolve project issues.**
+ Helps monitor and communicate project status to project team.
+ Assists with managing project risk; completes administrative work in the use of quality tools to identify areas of risk.
+ Supports documenting and sharing team learnings with other teams.
+ Maintains project notes, databases, and other records; monitors measure and communicates with Project Manager on status of specific projects and assignments.
+ Communicates effectively - Developing and delivering multi-mode communications that convey a clear understanding of the unique needs of different audiences.Plans and aligns - Planning and prioritizing work to meet commitments aligned with organizational goals.
+ Customer focus - Building strong customer relationships and delivering customer-centric solutions.
+ Windchill Knowledge – Aftermarket parts processing in Windchill PBS for aftermarket attribute updates [Manufacturing Change Activity-MCA]
+ Manages complexity - Making sense of complex, high quantity, and sometimes contradictory information to effectively solve problems.
+ Manages conflict - Handling conflict situations effectively, with a minimum of noise.

**Education, Licenses, Certifications:**
College, university or equivalent degree in Business, Engineering or related field required.
**Experience:**
3-4 years with Engineering, service or channel management experience preferred.
**QUALIFICATIONS**
**Skills Required:-**
+ Working knowledge of Excel, Oracle and IMS.
+ Analyze Issues - Understanding of how to analyze issues. Demonstrates use of analysis skills to learn and analyze information in a timely way. Applies accurate logic in solving problems.
+ Aftermarket Parts -Understanding of the aftermarket parts system from part number release through on stocking at parts distribution centers. Demonstrates knowledge by releasing parts for aftermarket. Tracking part release and status in various Cummins systems such as IMS, Windchill, PBS, GOMS etc.
+ Product Structure - Aware of and can apply the rationale around the identification of product items and the methodology for structuring this information into saleable, manufacturable and serviceable product.
+ Global Perspective - Awareness of the company's role in global markets. Some understanding of geographic differences and implications of decisions in strategies and approaches.
+ Initiative - Understands their ownership for starting and completing tasks in a timely manner. Some evidence of identifying and taking ownership of problems encountered and suggested solutions.
+ Attention to Details - Demonstrates ability to work in a thorough and detailed manner. Provides accurate, consistent information on all documents. Achieves thoroughness and accuracy when accomplishing a task through concern for all the areas involved.
