You will provide administrative and executional support to Marketing Brand Team in respective activities. Namely to help to track and meet Marketing&Media budget targets, required campaign KPIs, market data availability&readability, samples ordering, assistance with organizing large meetings (with both internal&external stakeholders).

Also, you will provide full support to the Marketing Director regarding all administrative steps, billing, travel expenses, etc.

How will you contribute

1) SAP Data management and reporting to Brand manager/Senior Brand Managers/Category Finance Managers:

• Purchase order creation, spending management and clearance

• Reporting

• Gap analysis and improvement proposals

• Continuous budget tracking, clearance of discrepancies in cooperation with internal/external parties

• Work with SAP Tools and MBS MKT Support portals

2) Update of requirements and data shared on behalf of the whole team

• Full support of Marketing Director

• Product and Design Databases

• Meeting organisation

• Samples order

3) Administration and execution of selective projects and small campaigns in cooperation with Brand Managers (using data analysis and understanding, agency cooperation, project management,...)

What you will bring
