As a Marketing Apprentice, you will be part of a dynamic team where you will collaborate in operational activities related to marketing strategies. You will also have the opportunity to lead and develop innovative projects in conjunction with other areas of the company and present them to company leaders. Your goal: "Take what you find here and make it better"-Eli Lilly. All this in a constant learning environment where you will be able to acquire new skills and professional experience.
How is the day-to-day work of this position?
As a marketing trainee, you will play a critical role in maintaining operations for the Lilly Dermatology Franchise to achieve our targets and desired market position.
You will work closely with the cross functional team to co-create and implement the operational brand plan, materials and events of a best-in-class product.
A key success factor for the role is to be proactive and have total operational control for the franchise within an innovative mindset to keep the brand evolving.
Promotional materials approvals & co-creation.
Sales Force interactions.
Health care providers contact & relationship.
Internal sales force engagements campaign.
Tight follow up in promotional marketing events.
Data analysis for decision making.
This position is for you if:
Bachelor student (3rd semester or above).
Schedule availability (9am – 3pm).
Organization and operational control skills.
What skills are we looking for?
Critical thinking and problem solving.
Self-directed and action oriented with high sense of urgency.
Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills in Spanish and English.
Leadership: Proven Ability to partner with and lead others towards a common goal (particularly in cross-functional collaboration, decision making and leading without authority).
Ability to thrive in a high pressure and ambiguous environment.
