Marketing Activation Intern

Based in our São Paulo office and reporting to the Marketing Coordinator.The Marketing Activation Intern will make an important impact in our conversion rate by securing an outstanding execution of our events, distribution and loyalty program.Your main responsibilities are: Events: Developing an events calendar, both for costumer and prospects - online and offline - and building an execution plan to implement it – contacting venues, defining schedules, etc.Building connections with all the parties involved guaranteeing everyone understand their specific role and the ultimate objective.Suggesting a communication plan to distribute, secure attendance and to reverberate it. Distribution:Organizing and keeping an updated inventory of Gifts and brochures to be distributed to all sorts of events and activities with consumers.Guard-keeping the process of handling, shipping and delivering the items to the final destinations, suggesting optimizations on it.Developing a calendar of the distribution and its volume to plan ahead new orders.Loyalty Program: Be the focal point for assistance and maintenance of the Ambassadors program in Brazil, on a reactive and proactive way, developing an activation calendar.Activating new consumers to make the program as the natural next step, alongside sales.Engaging and actively create new challenges to keep the network connected with purpose.Design and lead the Ambassadors Leader.Requirements:Very organized, achiever and driven profile.Experienced traveler.Ability to create valuable interpersonal relationships.Structured and clear communication capacity.Ability to work as part of a team as well as to drive and motivate others.A bachelor’s degree or equivalent, preferably in marketing, business administration or a related discipline, to be conclude until the end of 2026.Fluency in both written and spoken Portuguese and English is mandatory. About EF Education FirstAt EF we believe that the world is better when people try to understand one another.
