Job Description
The Position
Market Access Lead Poland & Baltics is responsible for all activities related to ensuring access to Organon products in Poland & Baltics. This covers the development of the pricing strategy in collaboration with the EEI Pricing Lead, as well as its implementation, development and implementation of market access strategies, strong relationship building with a key healthcare stakeholders and policy makers on the market (MoH, NHF, NGOs, PAGs etc.).
This position reports into Executive Director Market Access/Policy/Communications EEI
Responsibilities
Lead Pricing/Reimbursement, Policy, and Negotiation Activities in Poland & Baltics.
Build and implement pricing and market access strategies for Organon products.
Preparation of market access strategies for product launches.
Development of Business Cases to decide on actions in the area of Market Access and Pricing.
Conduct price reviews for concerned products.
Regular price/competitors monitoring.
Build long term relationship with key healthcare stakeholders on the market.
Collaboration with NGOs and PAG organization.
Budget planning and responsibility
Independent selection and coordination of external agencies / vendors
Internal Collaboration
Strong collaboration with Commercial, Marketing, Medical and Sales teams to support corporate and business strategy.
Proactive support of our business colleagues with product launches or with late life cycle management of products losing exclusivity.
Consulting of the finance department for forecasting purposes, pricing assumptions preparation.
Assures an involvement of all relevant key stakeholders to develop and implement Organon EEI pricing/market access/policy strategies.
Required Education, Experience, and Skills
Deep understanding of the Polish pharmaceutical market, regulatory environment, and healthcare system.
Strategic Vision and Market Insight
Good analytical skills, good knowledge of databases, querying large datasets
Project management and effective organization skills.

Demonstrated ability to understand medical & outcomes data and is capable to transfer this in economic context

Education / Experience
Master’s degree in life sciences, (para-)medical, economics.
Minimum 3-5 years in the pharmaceutical industry.
Proven track record in pharmaceutical Market Access, Pricing or Policy.
Experienced in strategic and operational pricing and the related methodologies
Language: Polish is mother tongue or similar proficiency. Fluent English.
This position requires readiness to travel across the country and Cluster - up to 10% travel
